Pa-Pa’s Pastas to Go was created in loving memory of my father, Nicholas Dinkins affectionately known to many as “Pa-Pa.”

One thing my dad loved almost as much as helping people and spreading seeds of hope was cooking. He had a gift for the kitchen. With just one taste, he could tell if a dish was missing something and he always knew how to make it perfect. More importantly, he believed that every dish needed a special ingredient: love. That simple touch made everything taste better.

I was blessed to inherit some of his gifts. Like my father, I find joy in cooking, but even greater joy in the love I get to share with others through the meals I prepare. Pa-Pa’s Pastas to Go is my way of carrying on his legacy of culinary arts and love for people.

Our menu features a variety of cold and baked pasta dishes, fresh salads, and delicious desserts. We proudly offer gluten-free options, are vegetarian-friendly, and prepare dishes with a wide selection of meats, vegetables, and dairy so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
